I had the exact same question. One option I think we could do is enable debugging and then execute the API call. Maybe we can see what it is doing or what services it is accessing in the logs.
It appears that the host name cannot begin with anything other than an alpha character. It is listed in the documentation; therefore, 3344-cer-02 is not a valid host name. The host name would have to be something like cer-3344-02.
I had to use Internet Explorer as well. At first I thought Internet Explorer was not working either but realized I was actually in the Microsoft Edge Browser. Make sure you are actually using the Internet Explorer browser and not Microsoft Edge.
If you are not seeing the changes take effect then make sure you restart the XCP Router under Control Services in serviceability and possibly the XCP Text Conference Manager under Feature Services. As Amit stated, this is service affecting and you wi...
