I have accidently deleted the firmware from my SR520 router (sr520-advipservicesk9-mz.124-20.T6). I cannot open a TAC request on the unit as it is past EOL. We use the unit as a backup and for training. Can anyone help me obtain this firmware?

Disabling IPS does solve the problem.It would appear that this router has a hard time in heavy use environments. We also get router busy error and have to reboot the router quite often. I am not impressed by this unit.
Sorry for wasting your time....but as it turned out I was reading the IP address in the manual incorrectly.Instead of 192.168.1.245 I was using 192.168.1.254. I guess I was having a senior monment.Regards
