After performing a Infra, User, Domain Sync (Missed LDAP - as it didn't show up)... Set up all the services, user roles, service areas.. So far all good as users all imported into the Domain but have no user role or Service Area assigned again...

What if in the the System Troubleshooter the status of the external database connection is not showing Ok, is this unrelated to Message Archiver and the connection first has to be up and running before one even looks at starting the Message Archiver?...
Any update on this? where you able to find the correct patch?According to the Cisco Bug it suggests one of the conditions is Oracle 12 and IMP 11, so if one is on an earlier IMP or Oracle 9-11 this patch wouldn't be required?
@Sathishbabu Muthalagan have upgraded to 12.4 but still the same issue. I do not think it is that bug defect, as I can provision new users with a EM profile and line on a 8865. PCP just has issues to import the data from a User that has a User Device...
