I forgot to specify - there is no CSF device in these cases. These users use the Jabber in IM and phone control mode only...Thanks

Hi Aman,I'm able to see reasons, you mentioned + something like CallManagerRestart etc. and in addition reasons 9 and 25 :) but these two are very rare...Thanks Tomas
