We have two UCCX clusters. It's pretty easy to set up. For licensing, we use Flex licensing in our Smart Account.

Thanks Bill. I'm able to download the tool and run it. Just don't have the password. I'm not familiar with the partner helpdesk. I'm a customer, not a partner.
