Has anyone out there used other software such as Dameware to remote into their IPCC servers? I have not found anything stating you cannot but I am going on the assumtion that it is not supported by Cisco. I am looking for something better than VNC.

It did work but still flaky. I was able to get the manager the report she needed to look at so we are ok. I am keeping an eye on it. Did you ever find a reason for this? Let me know and thanks again for your help.

That is exactly the response I was looking for. I am willing to use PC Anywhere on my IPCC (CCM and CRS were not a concern for remote access only my IPCC servers). Thanks much!
