hi ChetanGautam,as i remember, some IOS doesn't support multiple groups of hsrp (even you can type the command, however, it is not functioning). remember to check the IOS version also.rgds,kennethl
hi smany,due to the limited information, it is difficult to conclude what the problem is.may you try to use "ip route-cache flow" in the serial interface and then "show ip cache flow" to see what the traffic actually is. :>kennethl
