Hi, i'm trying to upgrade the collector but at server connection screen, when i tried to setup with my CCO it says invalid user/pass. Is there some kind of special access to the section to be granted to my CCO userID?

Hi, i have reinstalled the collector with at version 2.7, previous was 2.5.
Just today i run discovery, inventory, and upload profiles. I get what it seems to be an ok message for the upload.
But in the portal i'am no seen any new upload processing.
Hi i'am running over SNTC 2.5.
Is ACS, Prime Inf, and ACI, supported? is supported in new versions of SNTC?
I ask this because event if this appliance/tools are beeing recognized in the collector, i am not seeing them at the services portal.

I have copied the segments to the new inventory.
Can you delete the old "DirecTV_PAN" inventory? or i have to wait to the CSCvc20516 that you mention for this ?
