All the Cisco MX800-D systems we have received are arriving with scuff marks located on the upper silver frame of the unit. These are dirt colored marks that are difficult to remove and require extensive effort to fully clean. They are under the protective plastic wrapping meant to protect the frame from defects like this which is ironic. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue with new MX800, MX800-D, or MX700 systems they're receiving? I have included several pictures below for reference.

Are there any updates to the release date of CE8 or a similar software release for the DX Series, specifically the DX80 and DX70? I see the Cisco site still only has 10.2(5.194)ES listed as the latest version available. Thanks
