i'm trying to restart one of our Finesse servers ( 12.6.2.10000-82) with the utils system restart but it fails. admin:utils system restart Do you really want to restart ? Enter (yes/no)? yes Appliance is being Restarted ...Failed to Restart the Appli...

Hi @mbieyasid , I had restarted the Virtual Server via the vSphere console and now seems i can restart it via the CLI, go figure...

Thanks for the response, It's a strange one indeed, also wasn't able to start/stop services via CLI...In the end I've restarted the VM via vSphere and all services came up correctly.If it occurs again i'll definitely raise a TAC case
