Is it possible to put rsp4 in 7000 chassis? If so would that make it able to run 7500 ios? Also on cat 5000 can you use ws-x5530 or do you need a 5500 chassis? BTW this is for a test environment
I am talking about the modules themselves. I want to get a 7000 chassis, remove rp and sp, and install rsp 2 or better in 7000 chassis. Will the rsp even match up to the backplane.
As far as licensing on inside hosts goes.. What if there is a router behind the firewall, would it count the router and all hosts behind it? Would there be any change if using nat?
Nevermind I found the solution. From rommon type cookie and you will get a hex output. Add the first 5 words (4 charactors are a word) with a hex calc like hcalc. Use the 4 digits to the right for the password.
