Well, I would agree with you, exept everthing else within viewmail works EXCEPT the reply to all choice. So, I'm looking for why. This may be the sole reason they don't suggest anything but outlook, but it's worth looking into.
I'll answer my own post, as we discovered the problem. The 7960 would go to speakerphone when a line rang AND the user went to pick up the handset. What turned out to be the problem was the carbon handset button was dirty inside the 7960. Take it ...
