I am using CME and have a 7960 IP phone that will not register. It is in a constant reboot cycle. I have the most current phone load. Any help will be appreciated.
Can I block a specific phone number from calling into my system. i am running CCM 4.1(3)sr3a. If so how would I go about doing this. Thanks in advance.
We have recently upgraded from CCM 3.3(5) to CCM 4.1 (3). Can I Export phone records from the prior version into the new version using the BAT procedure?
Can this be done using the database from 3.3(5)? I have made changes to the existing system that would have to be entered by hand again after the upgrade. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem where i work. i made the changes to point to my NTP server. I then reset the time on the call manager itself and reset the phone. time has been right on since then.Larry
