I believe they were on 4.1.x and needed to upgrade to get around another issue. I have other WISMs on later versions of 4.2 and they are ok. This sites manager decided to upgrade to 5.0.X.
If you are trying to re-deploy the controler in another situstion then it may be better to restore the controler to factory defaults.This can be done from the GUI, CLI or from login after power cycling the controler.
Thanks for the reply. The switches are on an earlier version of code, supposedly not affected by that bug, however I am going to suggest an upgrade as there are fixes for quite a few bugs in the later code.
