PCCE12.5 - AWDB connection error

when connecting to AWDB PCCE 12.5 sandbox, I am getting this error:"The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed" This is similar to issue seen on PCCE 11.5 here. Can you please have someone look into this, thanks.
