We are using CIPC 6.6.17 ES version and symptoms of this bugs are matching with our recording issues in verint recorder. We tried to perform given work around to change sampling rate but same didn't help. Can anyone help on this please.
Hi team, can this bug cause voice overlapping issue as we captured packets from 3945 gateway interface and converted to audio and same is giving voice overlapping where the real call is not having any issue.
