Installed HWIC card does not show on router 2911 via CiscoView

I have CiscoWorks LMS v3.2 with CiscoView patch level 6.1.8. I have updated to the latest package, however, I could not view the installed HWIC on router 2911 device. What seems to be a problem?

I have quite a number unknown devices registered under CS. How do I add new packages into LMS v3.1 so that these devices can be discovered correctly?
