Installed HWIC card does not show on router 2911 via CiscoView

I have CiscoWorks LMS v3.2 with CiscoView patch level 6.1.8. I have updated to the latest package, however, I could not view the installed HWIC on router 2911 device. What seems to be a problem?

Can you post a screenshot and the show ver from the 2911? I do see the 2911 is supported but no mention of the HWIC.

Take a look at the CiscoView screen capture where it does no show

any interface card installed. Also I attached the show ver of the 2911.
