Can someone please help me, and tell me how to upgrade from 3PCC to CUCM firmware, or if it is even possible? I tried to put in the correct load name and restart the TFTP with no luck. Thank you, John

This actually did not work. Talking to the Cisco; they said it’s completely different and not possible to change this firmware. After days or trying and talking with Cisco I just gave up on it. Please let me know if you find a solution.

Hi, Thanks for responding; I was able to find the how to, but the phone keeps failing the upgrade. I have even tried a standalone tftp directly to the phone and it just fails, with an unknown error. Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the response, unfortunately the server info is not the issue. It will not accept the tftp transfer, just says update fail with an unknown error.
