Customized ringtones not available on the new Cisco 8841 handset. Its using the default ringtones within the phone rather than the ringtone file on call manager.

Cisco MediaSense 11.5(1) has released however there is no download option for this version on Cisco website. How do we download this version or when will it be available for download.

WebEx Mapi component credential window pops up when Cisco Jabber gets launched for first time in session (VDI environment).
Even though , you click remember my credentials, it keep popping up in next logon.
