I had the same issue and tried to dial the FAC + # after dialing the destination number and it works, the problem is just that it never plays the beep asking for the code.HTH

Thanks javalenc I was just need to uncheck the VM forward of the first DN and check the VM on the second DN.As you say that is the default behavior.BEST REGARDS.
