I have a problem with the Cisco SG250-08HP switch, after connecting it to the power supply, the System LED flashes green, after a few moments all LEDs in the lan ports light up and the procedure repeats over and over again.What is wrong ??

Thanks for the hints, but now none of the ports on the switch are working.Unfortunately, this switch does not have a console input.Holding the reset button for more than 10 seconds does not help.
