SG250-08HP - the led flashes

I have a problem with the Cisco SG250-08HP switch, after connecting it to the power supply, the System LED flashes green, after a few moments all LEDs in the lan ports light up and the procedure repeats over and over again.
What is wrong ??

Is this new switch ? Try reset to Factory Default and use Quick Start guide :

use console cable and check on the console and capture all the boot log and post here :

Thanks for the hints, but now none of the ports on the switch are working.

Unfortunately, this switch does not have a console input.
Holding the reset button for more than 10 seconds does not help.
