Guess that would help. It was Just email. Turns out one of our name servers just happen to freak out at the same time. That was causing the issue. not related.
Yes it was working before the power outage. It actually was working after the power outage but stopped work after I restarted the xcp router service and restarted the other xcp service.

It is not working. I also noticed I cannot group chat. The only thing in the troubleshoot that says it not started is the XCP Directory Service is not running. Does this need to be running for it to work?
