Not sure if there is a coincidence or what but last night we cut over to office 365 and now we are having external connection issues with Jabber. Mainly with seeing contacts or seeing statuses.
Is there settings related to our email server somewhere? I am having trouble finding it.

Guess that would help. It was Just email. Turns out one of our name servers just happen to freak out at the same time. That was causing the issue. not related.
