I have just tried to upgrade a Cisco WLC 8.0 to 8.2.151 (latest recommended). This is hosted on a UCS C220 M4 with firmware 2.0(6d), what version do I need to upgrade this to prior to the WLC as the documentation is not that clear

This works:
copy asa912-smp-k8.bin onto a fat32 USB
Clear previous boot commands and Set the boot to point at the usb "boot system disk1:/asa912-smp-k8.bin"
Power cycle the firewall.
From there you can upgrade to the latest

I have had a similar issue, what I found is that if you add the linux pkg to client software you are able to get to the profile editor and add, edit and remove profiles
One issue I have found with Multi context and AnyConnect is that it does not seem to support Web download or profile editing, in the process of raising a tac case.
