Have worked with Cisco Call Manager since 2001 and UCCE (IPCC) since 2003. Expertise: Call manager since 2001, so every version since 3 ICM (IPCC) since 2003, commencing version 5. CVP since 2003, commencing v3 (before it was CVP !) Current platform is CUCMv9.1, IM&P v9.1, CVPv9, UCCEv9. PSTN connectivity is a mixture of E1 and SIP.
