Besides RAM/Flash size --- SEB4 is not the same as SE or SEE. If RAM/Flash OK, you should be able to upgrade directly to 12.2(25)SEE.

You should make all the interface configs similar. If you have on the port-channel:switchport access vlan 7switchport mode accessthen on all the physical interfaces, you should have switchport access vlan 7switchport mode accesschannel-group 1
