Manual backups work but Scheduled backups do not. Error below with Version of CUCM. Errors are normally the not enough disk space or network . I have 140GB available and manual backups works fine.

Any luck on getting smtp.office365.com working? Seems to need credentials to work where there are no options in CER to add credentials for SMTP. let us know.
I just got off a 3 month TAC case to get them to create a BUG ID and add this to documentation. Caveat about TCT/BOT devices and DND presence status from desk phones using shared line.
Note - if you never call TAC about an issue, it didnt happen.
