Anyone know if it is possible to purchase a replacement key for the universal locking wall-mount? The kit, p/n CP-LCKNGWALLMNT2=, comes with a key, but customer cannot find their key.
Upgrading a customer from CUCM ver. 11.0 to 11.5 in the near future and they are concerned by Cisco's phrasing, "Not supported but may work." Anyone upgraded to version 11.5 yet and using either/both of these phones?
