It's running IOS c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-5c.bin, because the IP base that i was running don't have the IP SLA commands that i need for that configuration.
Hi Edison, here is the show interface, and i don't remember very well but i think we tried just configuring the multilink without the BVI and didn't work but don't remember very well, but i will try it again.
Maybe your problem it's not a hardware problem, it can be a configuration problem, it's good idea to check out what are the router doing and what it should do and are not doing it.
