In the GUI under dhcp options I enter the code "3" but a get an error that says Selected option cannot be configured by user.Its a Cisco Business 350 switch

I have 4 brand new Cisco Business switch 350 devices. According to the documentation they should all have the address of 192.168.1.254. After setting my ip to that subnet I cannot access or ping any of the devices.
