Hi,As far as i have known, there is no way to use ch.E3 as single E3. 16 E1s are preconfigured, you will see this when you give a "show controller E3". You have to use PA-E3 instead of PA-MC-E3. Hope this helps

Hi;I missed the part that you use 2950 switches. As it is L2 switch, this conf. does not work on it besides there is not such a support with standart images as far as i have known. You may limit the bandwith on L3 side via CAR. Regards,
