you can connect multiple sites.It all depends upon the outer tag and where that vlan is speaded and how many ports receive the traffic.

your private vlan config is perfect.I dont see any issues.are you able to ping the svi from the switch?

you need to check the mroute table.Check the oil list.Foreach oil check the MTU with "shwo ip int " command.That should give a clue to you.

Looks like your DTP packets are getting lost.Is the link very congested?Else you can disable DTP by setting the trunk protocol explicitly.

802.1p is just a standard that talks about how the CoS can be made use of to provide L2QoS.So the IP phone creates a dot1q header and marks the CoS for the voice signal and voice data.
