can u get the event logs when this happens , what clean access version are you using. have u enabled any port security on the switch... have u configured CAM-HA and CAS- HA
try to generate the license again for servers with server pak codes and server mac addresses and if it does happen its better you approach your cisco account manager or cisco TAC
