Hii..
i am unable to access the subjected switch through console ,i have tried all the possible baud rate and different console cables as well .
Please let me know is there any way to solve the issue .

First of all thanks for your support ,
As per the above configuration, i can enable vpdn but unable to configure pppoe under vpdn , then i tried the below configuration and the link became up and running

ISP provided me the credentials to authenticate the PPPOE and we dont have fixed public IP ,its dynamic only

Thanks Brandon !! .i am using not included console cable and this cable and software is fine to access another switches .
