cisco 300 sf300-48pp switch console access issue

Hii..

i am unable to access the subjected switch through console ,i have tried all the possible baud rate and different console cables as well .

Please let me know is there any way to solve the issue .

Are you using the included console cable?  What are you connecting the other end to?  Can you connect to other switches or devices with same cable and software?

Thanks Brandon !! .i am using not included console cable and this cable and software is fine to access another switches .
