My customer client has set up Crystal Reports to view custom reports from UCCX 5.0 historical database. They are now wanting to view reports from multiple teams simultaneously via the Supervisor Desktop or web page. Is this even possible?
I have a customer that is experiencing their message-on-hold breaking in and playing during conversations, randomly. In addition only the external callers can hear this break in the conversation by the MOH. The customer themselves do not hear a thing...
My customer is having this trouble network-wide. When an external caller is placed on hold and transferred to another IP phone, they experience a 30 sec. delay on the following conversation.
Did you ever get this resolved? I am trying to build out route patterns for a clients device pool in Shanghai and its crazy confusing on how their dialing formats are structured. Please let me know if you have any input? Thank you, MAC
