I've created a COS in Unity that allows the HD to add subscribers. All works well w/ the exception they can also change thier own COS to default Admin. Does anyone know of a way to prevent that?any help would be useful!!!

I bet if you add the ip name server command in the GTWY's and the CCM in DNS your issue will go away. The GTWY is trying to resolve the name. I had the same issues added the name server commands problem solved.
