I configured mobile agent on UCCE/Finesse, agents can log in ok and take calls. However i can not get the calls to be recorded. i configured call recording on the DN of the LCP ( see attached) any help will be appreciated

Mobile Agent.. so they log into finesse select the mobile agent button enter their mobile phone number.. we use verient for call recording. Calls record ok for non mobile agents ..
i have figured out what the issue was .. i can now successfully login mobile agent. Many thanks to Chintan Gajjar and Sasikumar Divvela for pointing me in the right direction.
