Any idea why time in call home email notification shows GMT-9 however the timezone should have been GMT+9, thanks in advance.

It looks like bug: CSCur03134 I too encountered this fault. Upon reboot of secondary FI(that had the alert) alert cleared from the UCS Manager. Later during the day the issue reappeared. Replacing the FI eventually resolved the issue.

I had encountered the same alert. Reset of CIMC fixed the alert.
