My company is having a problem with users turning down the Speaker volume on the phone(7281) and missing on broadcast announcements. Is there a way to lock the phone speaker volume to max.
Thanks @Jonathan SchulenbergWe are using Informacast by Singlewire. I was able to identify the feature on informacast that allows one to set the broadcast volume and it overrides the stream volume setting on phones.Many Thanks.
