Hi folks, I am planing to replace the existing VG224 by using VG310. Can i just disconnect the existing RJ21 cable and plug it to the VG310? the port on the VG224 is the same as VG310's? Thanks in advance, Eric

There is no any issue for making/answering an external call. it shows online and health on the MS Teams admin center. The issue happens randomly and very often. Sometimes it works very well.

Thanks Ibrahim. I already opened a case with Microsoft, but I was told they do not have the required tools to study Cisco logs as Cisco device is 3rd party.
