Yes, I checked, when I generate the CSR I make sure to add the Enterprise VIP. In fact, there is a field for that yes, it can't be missed. Still didn't help

And I actually tried it. In version 2.3.7.9 on the VM deployment, the command doesn't exist, I suspect it may have been removed by Cisco to enforce a certain level of security.

That was the missing part. I could not install it immediately due to an error but after fixing the other issue, I installed it and I now can see the SGT menu in the policy tab
