The issue seems to come from the object track.
It seems if the tracker id of the object tracker is a variable, it does not show up properly in the list when configuring the object tracker group.
So design issue. I removed all tunnel interfaces from all the phy interfaces, created a loopback interface and added the tunnel there, added it to the OSPF and it started to work properly. I guess by doing so, the color issue has been removed.
