I am trying to configure SNMP on PCD 11.5.1. I am using the below commands on CLI (no GUI for that on PCD)
utils snmp config 1/2c community-string add
utils snmp config 1/2c trap add
utils snmp config 3 user add
utils snmp config 3 trap ad...

I did not have a chance to implement all steps as a whole for a customer but could od some of the missing steps and indeed the best way would be following the list as mentioned by mollydubow.
