Hello Wayne,Thanks for the reply. At the time I posted this I see only in slot 1 but yes, now I seeing it in slot 3 as well. I'd manually fix it by command for now and keep an eye on it for a while since it doesn't seem to be a serious problem.
Solved: What I did was select Bulk Administration > Update Phones > query (not sure about words and phrases since I use in Japanese)and filter devices by device type, set customization file and hash to get it done.
