Httpfeedback in ce 9.8.0

Hello,

I have a question about http feedback in telepresence device.

Recently I updated Roomkit Mini to ce9.8.0 and I found that slot 1 is used for TMS. 

As mentioned in API Reference Guide, which has been, slot 3 is used by TMS in devices was ce9.6.0 or older.

Was there some change occurred in system or some kind of malfunction?

Any information would greatly help.

Are you only seeing it in slot 1, or are you also seeing it in slot 3 as well?

I have been seeing it in slot 3 when enforcing management settings through TMS, but also seeing it appear at times in slot 1 on many devices.  When it's in both slot 1 and slot 3, it causes duplicate CDRs in TMS and reports.

I can manually fix it by issuing:

xcommand HttpFeedback Deregister FeedbackSlot: 1

but, it does come back in slot 1 somehow - I just haven't worked out how or why yet.

Thanks for the reply.

At the time I posted this I see only in slot 1 but yes, now I seeing it in slot 3 as well.

I'd manually fix it by command for now and keep an eye on it for a while since it doesn't seem to be a serious problem.

Hello @uma611 ,

As answered on the Post on Japanese Community, the issue is caused by a software defect CSCvp71478.

The command provided in this thread can be the workaround.
