Steffen,Did you get any feedback regarding the headset echo issue ?We adjusted our cordless headsets and they seem OK but still have issues with corded headsets (plantronics H251)
Forgot to say that the issue is that it is because of the hyphens in the number string.If you edit the number from 0207-8-xxxxx to 02078xxxxx (i.e a single string) it seems to work OK.
