Is there a way to find out how many agents are logged in at a given time throughout the day? The real time reporting tell us hwo many agents are logged in at the momment but Im looking for a history report. UCCX 7.0(1) SR05 Build504
I have at least 3 or 4 agents out of 150+ call center that constantly go into a Ready not Ready Agent State. What could be causing the issue?I know it's not the agents themselves going off hook because I've sat next to them when it happens.
