Cisco WebEx Taiwan Toll Numbers
We have a customer in Taiwan that can't call the Taiwan WebEx numbers shown in the Global Call-In Number. I believe the issue is with the customers PBX or Local Carrier blocking the toll number but the customer isn't "Phone Savvy" to understand what I am trying to accomplish with these test PLUS their a customer and I dont want to keep bugging them on the issue.
I am reaching out to the Cisco Community in Taiwan help me prove my theory. Could someone from Taiwan perform 2 test.
1st Test - From a LandLine (Home Phone) call the WebEx Taiwan Toll number 0080-112-7467. You should hear "Welcome to WebEx..."
2nd Test - From a Mobile Phone call the WebEx Taiwan Toll number 0080-112-7467. You should hear "Welcome to WebEx..."
